The Chorale is an award-winning group of 28 high school students that tours part of the northeast United States each year as part of the school’s Fine Arts ministry.  The Chorale will be on tour for its 43rd year this year presenting a concert of sacred music and drama at many churches.
    This year, the chorale will be performing a concert series entitled “Rebuild the Altar.”  Using music and drama, the chorale will explore what it means for churches and individuals to remain faithful to God and His Word in an age when these priorities are being minimized. The music comes from many different traditions, including spirituals, hymns, and modern composers like Dan Forrest and Craig Courtney.  One piece is arranged by DCA graduate Mac Lynch.The drama revolves around the events of Elijah’s challenge to the prophets of Baal. The message is a call to remember the Lord and remain faithful to His Word.
