Reports are mailed to the parents or guardians of students at the end of each quarter period and at the close of each semester. Grade cards may be withheld if the student's account, dues and fees are not up-to-date. Progress reports may be initiated for students struggling in one or more courses.  Letter grades are given for achievement. Units of credit are awarded when the achievement grades are passing or above.

    The system of grading is as follows:

A - Excellent 93 - 100%

B - Good 85 - 92%

C - Average 77 - 84%

D - Passing 69 - 76%

F - Failure below 69%

I - Incomplete

P - Passing
