Special attention is given to periods important to modern culture and Christianity including the Greek and Roman civilizations, the Renaissance, and the Reformation. The approach to history is Biblical in its attempt to discern God's working in all periods of history to accomplish His will. The student also studies current events in order to correlate historical lessons with the society of today.
